Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the eFHUB application (“App”) operated by Nova Software Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”).By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App
  • Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality or the experience of other users
  • Use automated tools to access or interact with the App

2. Accounts

To access certain features you may sign in using a third-party service (Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You may delete your account at any time from within the App.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers the following purchase options:

  • eFHUB Pro (Monthly Subscription): Auto-renewing monthly subscription providing access to Pro features.
  • eFHUB Pro (Lifetime): A one-time non-consumable purchase providing permanent access to Pro features.

Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.Cancellation: You may manage and cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you retain access to Pro features until the period ends.Refunds: Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store policies. We do not process refunds directly.Restoring Purchases: Use the “Restore Purchases” option in the App to restore any previously purchased items on a new device.By making a purchase, you also agree to Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.

4. User Content

If the App allows you to set a display name or profile image, you retain ownership of that content. By submitting it, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it within the App for the purpose of operating the service.You must not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, or that infringes the rights of others.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
