Nova Software Studio (“we”, “our”, or “us”) built the PESHUB and eFHUB apps as ad-supported applications. These apps are provided at no cost and are intended for use as-is.

When you choose to sign in using Google Sign-In, we receive:

  • A unique Google user identifier (“sub”)

  • Creating and managing your account

  • Saving and synchronizing your player builds

  • Displaying your username on community content (builds you created, ratings, etc.)

  • Processing and preventing duplicate votes or ratings

  • Posting comments (if enabled in the app)

We do not receive your Google password.

1.2 User-Generated Content

If you create or interact with content inside the app, we may collect:

  • Player builds

  • Build names

  • Ratings and votes

  • Comments (if available)

  • Timestamps of content creation

This information is stored in Firebase Firestore and is associated with your Google account ID.

You may delete your builds or other user-generated content at any time within the app.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the app, we may automatically collect:

  • Device type and model

  • Operating system and version

  • App usage statistics (e.g., features used, screens visited)

  • Crash logs and diagnostics

  • IP address (used temporarily for networking and region-based ad compliance)

  • Advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID, IDFA on iOS)

This information is used to:

  • Improve app performance

  • Fix bugs and crashes

  • Understand general usage patterns

  • Deliver in-app advertisements

  • Protect the Service from abuse (Firebase App Check)

We do not collect precise or approximate device location.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data for:

  • Enabling Google Sign-In authentication

  • Saving and syncing your player builds

  • Displaying community builds, ratings, and rankings

  • Allowing users to vote or comment

  • Personalizing your account experience

  • Ensuring security and preventing abuse

  • Improving app performance and analytics

  • Delivering ads in the ad-supported version of the app

We do not sell your data.

We do not share personal information directly with advertisers.

    They do not access GPS or precise location.

  • Unity (engine-level services)

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase, hosted by Google Cloud Platform.

We use:

  • Encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS)

  • Firebase security rules

  • Firebase App Check

  • Industry-standard security practices

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Children’s Privacy

Our apps do not target children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

6. Advertising & Tracking Technologies

The ad-supported version of the app may use:

  • Advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID, IDFA on iOS)

  • IP address (country-level ad relevance and compliance)

  • Device and performance metrics

You may opt out of personalized ads via:

  • Android device settings

  • iOS system settings (“Limit Ad Tracking” / “Allow Apps to Request to Track”)

We do not show personalized ads to users who have opted out.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, delete, or request corrections to your data.

You may:

  • Delete your builds within the app

  • Request full account and data deletion (see below)

  • Opt out of personalized ads via device settings

8. Deleting Your Account or Data
